Shipping Policy
Shipping/Postage charges are calculated by weight. For example, some orders may cost between $15 for postage & others $20. *Please note: some items may take up to 1-2 weeks to arrive and other items may take up to 6 weeks depending on the item purchased. We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. strikes, floods etc.).

Track your order
You will be able to check the status of your order through "shipment confirmation" email.
Click on the Trace your order link in the email. You will be taken to Australia Post’s track and trace website where you can follow the progress of your order.

Order Pickup
Orders are now available for pickup at the Collarenebri knock out draw night. Customers will receive a ready to pick up confirmation email. Please arrive at the Colly KO draw nights location on the 8th of June 2023 between 5:00pm-7:00pm with proof of purchase and ID.
